Welcome to Our Studio!

Founded in Nairobi in 2022, we are a multi-disciplinary studio dedicated to offering a wide variety of practices to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Our featured yoga styles include Vinyasa, Power Yoga, and Bikram Yoga, with additional offerings such as Mat Pilates, Meditation, Ice Baths, and Physiotherapy. We are passionate about making yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness accessible to all, no matter your age or ability level.

What We Offer

With over 40 classes and specialty workouts each week, we offer something for everyone. Whether you are looking for a gentle and nourishing class or a challenging and sweaty session, our diverse range of classes and experienced instructors will guide you through your yoga journey. Our classes follow a flow that includes five key stages: warm-up, standing poses, balancing poses, floor poses, and cool-down poses.

We enhance the experience with a relaxing atmosphere, sometimes accompanied by a musical backdrop, to create space for peace, reflection, and personal transformation.
