Each of our trainers brings a unique set of skills, experiences, and expertise, ensuring that every class is tailored to meet your needs, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner.
Our trainers are not only certified in various yoga styles but also have a deep understanding of the body, mind, and spirit connection, ensuring that each session promotes overall wellness and personal growth. They are committed to creating a welcoming, supportive, and safe environment for all our students.
Patrick Namwambah
Bikram Yoga, Hot Fusion
Mr. Namwambah is the owner of Sweat Studio. He is a certified Yogi from Evolation Yoga (USA) and has an MBA (Entrepreneurship). Mr. Namwambah is a three-star Abbott World Marathon Majors runner and the founder of Fulana Sports, a firm that focuses in corporate wellness. He leads the Bikram Yoga classes, the signature class of Sweat Studio.
Yoko Seki
Bikram Yoga
Yoko brings on board a wealth of 13 years of Bikram yoga practice to her class. She is a certified Yogi from Evolation Yoga (USA). She leads the Soulful’90, which is Bikram Yoga class, the signature class of Sweat Studio and accommodates students of all levels and ages.
Dennis Waithera
Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, YOD & Kids Yoga
Dennis is a graduate of Africa Yoga Project, which included a 200hr certification in Power Yoga, Vinyasa, YOD and Kids Yoga. His class accommodates students at intermediate and advanced levels. He also is experienced in extended stretching and leads the team during corporate team building engagements.
Jackline Wanjiru
Power Yoga, & YOD
Jackline is a graduate of Africa Yoga Project, which included a 200hr certification in Power Yoga and YOD. Her class accommodates students at all levels.
Dylan Wanjiru
Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, & YOD
Dylan is a graduate of Africa Yoga Project, which included a 200hr certification in Power Yoga, Vinyasa, and YOD. His class accommodates students at all levels. He is the founder of Gettoh Yoga Community in Kangemi, Nairobi. A seasoned yoga teacher with over 10years of experience.
Eric 'Kenzo' Oloo
Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, and YOD
Eric is a graduate of Africa Yoga Project, which included a 200hr certification and 7 years’ experience in Vinyasa, Power Yoga, and YOD. His classes are gentle and accommodates students of all fitness levels and ages. He focuses on stability, core strengthening and relaxation. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and modify poses as needed.
Geoffrey Abwanzo
Cross-Fit, HIIT, Personal Training and Weight Management
Simply known as Coach Victor, Geoffrey is a seasoned and certified fitness trainer with experience in gym management, CrossFit, personal training, and weight management, among others. His class, Sweat N Tone, is a multi-functional HIIT that combines various forms of fitness regimens using weights.
'Manu'
Acroyoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, and YOD
Manu is a graduate of Africa Yoga Project, which included a 200hr certification in YOD and 7 years’ experience. His classes accommodate students at intermediate and advanced levels. He also is experienced in Thai massage and assisted stretching. As a former acrobat, Manu teaches Acroyoga, Vinyasa, Power yoga, and YOD.
